Privacy protection

FlyWise s.r.o. operates the website www.flywise.sk which provides information on services and products from the FlyWise portfolio. This page serves to inform visitors of the website www.flywise.sk and customers of services about the rules for the collection, use and publication of personal data.

Your personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable legislation. We process personal data only with the client’s consent. When working with personal data, we undertake to comply with the General European Regulation on Personal Data Protection (abbreviation GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. Personal Data Protection Act and on Amendments to Certain Acts.

FlyWise s.r.o declares at the same time, that it treats clients’ personal data in accordance with good morals and its conduct will not circumvent or contradict the law and other general legal regulations, it prevents damage, destruction, loss and misuse of the personal data database. 

Purpose of processing

The personal data we request is necessary for the provision of the service and the performance of the contract. We do not require non-essential information. We do not include personal information obtained for the above reasons in the database for sending news from us, it is used exclusively for the purposes of mutual communication necessary for the execution of the order.

Our service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be redirected to that page. Please note that these external sites are not in our report. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you read the Privacy Policy of these websites. Service providers and third parties

It is possible that FlyWise orders services from other companies or individuals for the following reasons:

• Facilitate our service
• Provide our service on our behalf
• Perform service related to our services
• Help us analyze how to use our service

In this way, we want to inform our users that these third parties have access to your data. The reason is the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to them by our party. These third parties are prohibited from publishing or using them for any other purpose.

In addition to the above, FlyWise s.r.o. declares that it does not disclose, make available or provide personal data of clients to entities other than those that are necessary for the performance of the contract. 
Processing time

We retain the processed personal data for the period and the purpose for which it was obtained (including as required by applicable law or regulation). In the absence of specific legal, regulatory or contractual requirements, our basic retention period for records and other documentary evidence generated in the provision of providing services will not exceed 10 years.

The Provider may keep the Client’s personal data even after the termination of the original purpose, after the termination of the contract, for statistical purposes, for accounting or surveys, for the recovery and assignment of receivables for the service provided to the Client, to exercise rights or fulfill other obligations arising from applicable legislation.

Right of access to data

You have the right to obtain information about the purpose and scope of the processing of your personal data.

Right to data portability

You have the right to the portability of data, if you wish to transfer it to another provider, we will provide it to you in the appropriate format, unless prevented by other technical or legal obstacles.

Right to correct data

Right to limited data processing

You have the right at any time to restrict or object to the processing of your personal information for reasonable ground relating to your specific situation, unless such processing is required by law. In such a case, we will no longer process or restrict the processing of such personal data unless we are able to demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for processing or proving, asserting or defending legal claims.

Right to delete data

You have the right to delete your personal data without undue delay, unless they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected or processed, and the reason for their possible archiving has expired by law or other related regulations.

If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to revoke it at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its revocation.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, with its registered office at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27. However, we will be glad if you contact us first in such a case. We will be happy to correct the identified shortcomings.

We value your trust, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect the information you provide. However, we remind you that no method of transmission over the Internet or the method of electronic data storage is 100% secure and reliable, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
